Brushing Techniques: Start by brushing your fingers and hands. Arms: wrist to elbow, then elbow to shoulder. Next do your toes and feet. Legs: Ankle to knee, then go on to thighs and upwards. Using downwards strokes brush neck, front and back. Now do the shoulders brushing downwards towards the heart, finishing with your back.
For maximum benefit, brush daily for 5 minutes. Always brush in the direction of the heart. Use firm and long strokes with circular movements.
If you find this brush too harsh to begin with, soak it in water for few hours. Do not use on sensitive or broken skins.
