Bleaching powder, How to use: place the necessary amount of bleaching powder in a non-metallic bowl. Add to the powder, the oxidizing emulsifier 20,30,40 vol. in a 1: 2 ratio and mix thoroughly with a flat brush until a thick and uniform cream is obtained. The mixing ratio can vary from a minimum 1: 1 to a maximum of 1: 2 depending on the technique used and the result to be achieved. FOR DECOLORATIONS Normal: Use the oxidant emulsion at 20 vol. in the reports indicated. For meches: use the oxidizing emulsion at 30 or 40 volumes in the indicated ratios. Laying time: leave at room temperature until the desired lightening is reached, but without exceeding the maximum time of 40 minutes.
