We met Adromeda for the first time, wrapped in her infinite beauty thanks to the trail of bright and fascinated stars, during a trek in the Sibillini mountains, located in a little-known area of our beautiful country, but no less fascinating, in search of a natural and spontaneous event that can be considered a true miracle of Mother Nature. In fact, on these silent mountains, an almost supernatural ritual takes place every year: the flowering. Between the end of May and the first days of July, the Castelluccio plateau witnesses this particularly important event. For several weeks the chromatic monotony of the pasture is broken by a mosaic of colours, with variations in tones ranging from yellow ocher to red. Even if the "Fiorita" festival falls on the third and last Sunday of June, there is no specific day to admire this enchanting spectacle. Every year everything is entrusted to the climatic trend of the season and you have to know how to look for it because, like our perfume, it doesn't reveal itself to everyone. The floral species that color the Pian Grande and Pian Perduto in this period are countless, walking along the paths we can encounter: gentianles, daffodils, violets, poppies, buttercups, asphodels, viola Eugeniae, clovers, sorrels and much more. During this journey on foot along the paths of Pian Perduto, in the utmost silence respectful of the surrounding lush nature, you become inebriated with scents and colors that fill not only your eyes but also your heart and soul. During the summer nights, at the Spartan bivouac around a crackling bonfire, the gaze is lost far away through that red ember fire and with it the soul begins a flight towards a large sky, full of glittering stars. A fresh citrus bouquet releases effervescent scents counterpointed by Ylang Ylang and Water Jasmine. A sensation of delicate freshness that envelops you and accompanies you throughout the day.
