SO SATIN by Alexandra Carlin
Satin, or satin, is a very sensual fabric, smooth, soft, shiny on one side and opaque on the other. Its particularity is its weaving process which makes it precious at the same time, because it is complex to make, and unique to the touch.
An ode to the wonders of ginger, an ingredient made of contrasts, bright and sensual just like satin.
The fragrance opens with the brilliance of bergamot and mandarin, which are joined in the heart notes a ginger made even more sparkling by a touch of pepper. Buds of lemon and wild rose add a wild and sophisticated element, to continue the game of contrasts. The base notes are enriched by the pungent artemisia and the warm patchouli that together accentuate and fix the intensity of ginger.
