Article 7-Right of withdrawal

7.1 Terms & conditions for the right of withdrawal
According to Article 52 of Italian Consumers'Code ,exclusions art.59(see in particular the hypothetical purchase of personal products or products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or health protection or which have been opened )the buyer can,within 14 (fourteen) days after parcel delivery,exert his right of withdrawal without any penalties and motives.
In case of purchase of services ,the right of withdrawal can be exerted within 14 days after the conclusion of contract ,provided the service has not been started.
Consumers 'code -Art 59 : the right of withdrawal is not possible for personal products & for the following products.Therefore for the following products, art.7 of General terms & conditions ,is not applicable .

C/tailored or personal products
D/perishable products
E/sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic/health reasons and which have been opened.

7.2 Conditions for right of withdrawal
The terms of right of withdrawal are found in Art.7 following the general conditions of sale.
